Our relationship with interactive technology has become increasingly harmful to our physical and mental health.
Over the last two years, we’ve designed and tested a web-based tool called “Screentime Genie” to improve users’ relationships with their screen time. Screentime Genie uses principles of behavior design to match users with customized sets of solutions that are contextually relevant to the platforms they use, proportionate to the time they have available to invest, and the most effective based on available research.
Our results (so far)
Since our initial launch, Screentime Genie has helped thousands of people reduce their unwanted screen time, saving humanity an estimated 14,000 hours so far. And we’re just getting started.
